A full rebrand and connected websites for a salon group, balancing a shared identity with local information.

The brief

What the business needed.

Feathers Collective needed to communicate one group identity while helping customers find the right salon. Teams, services, pricing and local information differ between locations. The brand and website structure needed to make those differences clear without fragmenting the group.

The approach

How the pieces came together.

01

Establish the collective identity

The rebrand created a shared visual direction that could carry across the group. The website rollout applied that identity consistently while retaining room for each salon’s own information and character.

02

Give the group a clear gateway

The central website introduces Feathers Collective and directs visitors towards the relevant location. It gives the group a recognisable starting point without asking customers to navigate every branch’s information at once.

03

Build around the local customer

Dedicated location experiences present the relevant salon, team and service information, with clear booking routes. This allows group-level presentation and local customer journeys to work together.

The delivery

What was delivered.

  • Full rebrand and visual direction
  • Brand rollout across the group
  • Group website and location structure
  • Multiple location websites
  • Service and team content architecture
  • Local booking journeys
  • Ongoing digital development

The result

A result you can assess.

A connected brand and multi-site experience spanning the group’s four locations. Visitors can understand the collective, choose a salon and continue into the information relevant to that location.

What this means for a similar business

A multi-location website needs to answer two questions: why choose the group, and why choose this branch? A consistent identity and clear local structure make space for both.
