Discovery & positioning
We examine your audience, competitors, offer and ambitions. Together we define what customers should understand about you, why it matters and how to explain it clearly.
Branding / Branding & rebrands
Brand strategy, visual identity and rollout for SMEs launching something new or moving beyond an identity they have outgrown. We connect what you stand for with what customers see, read and remember.
Discuss your next stepIs this where you are?
You have a good business, but the way you present it is inconsistent, dated or difficult to explain. Or you’re launching a new offer and need a clear identity before investing in a website, packaging or marketing.
One approved direction and a practical identity system that can be used across your website, social content, print and customer touchpoints.
What we can deliver
We agree the combination your business needs in a clear project scope.
We examine your audience, competitors, offer and ambitions. Together we define what customers should understand about you, why it matters and how to explain it clearly.
A creative direction covering the logo system, colour, typography and visual language. Concepts are reviewed together before the chosen direction is developed and approved.
Your proposition, tone and key messages, supported by usable guidelines. The scope can include website copy, brand templates and guidance for the people producing your content.
We carry the approved identity into the agreed touchpoints: websites, social assets, stationery, signage, packaging and campaign materials. Priorities and production requirements are set in the brief.
How it happens
You work with Declan from the first brief through the agreed delivery.
Before we start
Yes. We can take a project from discovery and brand approval through copy, website design, development and rollout. The Strand Hull and Feathers Collective show how the identity and digital experience can be developed together.
Not necessarily. Discovery may point to a focused refresh of messaging, typography or application. We agree the problem before deciding how much of the identity needs to change.
The agreed final identity files and guidelines, with the formats and templates set out in the scope. Print production, third-party licences and additional rollout items are identified separately.
