orders in the first trading month
Approximate total reported by the business. Includes orders across channels; this is not a paid-ad conversion total or a claim of profitability.
The brief
What the business needed.
Launching a UK direct-to-consumer store meant more than putting products online. The range needed an understandable shopping structure, practical buying information and a route to its first customers. The launch also needed a way to assess advertising alongside the commercial performance of the whole store.
The approach
How the pieces came together.
Build the route from need to product
The store presents the range through recognisable customer needs, including hard water, swimming and hair wellness. Product and collection content connect those needs to the relevant parts of the catalogue.
Connect the storefront to launch activity
The work extended into Google Ads, Meta activity and a ChatGPT Ads pilot. Store content, campaign activity and the customer journey were treated as parts of the same commercial rollout.
Review the whole commercial picture
Launch reporting considered total store sales alongside advertising spend. That gives the business a basis for budget decisions while keeping overall sales distinct from the conversions attributed to a particular ad platform.
The delivery
What was delivered.
- Complete UK ecommerce build
- Product and collection structure
- Customer-facing store content
- Commercial launch planning
- Google and Meta campaign work
- ChatGPT Ads pilot
- Store development and commercial reporting
The result
A result you can assess.
The business reports approximately 80 orders in its first month of trading. The project demonstrates a store build carried through into launch activity and commercial decision-making. The figure is a rounded business total, not evidence that one channel generated every order.
What this means for a similar business
A product launch needs a working store, a clear offer and a considered route to market. Building those together makes it easier to learn from the first customers and decide what to improve next.
